I created this series of ten events while working at Toyohashi University of Technology.

We would like to invite you to participate in an online event that will have Ms. Hitomi Masuo, project general manager of Higashimikawa Satellite Support Base, eiicon, as our invited speaker. The event is part of “CITE-TUT Online International Seminar Series” (CITE-TUT オンライン 国際セミナーシリーズ), which will feature ten guest speakers to give online talks on the topic of entrepreneurship. These events are organized by Center for IT-based Education (CITE), and co-organized by Research Administration Center (RAC).

Introduction of speaker Ms. Hitomi Masuo, after graduating from college, joined a major general human resource services company, where she was engaged mainly in mid-career recruiting support for corporations in the IT industry and career advisory services for individuals.She then joined startup, where she was in charge of launching and executing recruitment projects and was also involved in organizational development.She is currently participating in the following multiple start-up phases of PJT as a freelancer, including the work of the Regional Ecosystem Formation General Manager for the start-up PJT, which is a collaborative effort by industry, government, and academia throughout Aichi Prefecture.Some examples about PJT:Launching a startup ecosystem involving multiple regions in Aichi Prefecture and players from industry, government, and academia.Launch of STATIONAi’s recruitment support business.Concurrently involved in business development and HR for the launch of a web3 related service in Southeast Asia.You can connect to Ms. Masuo on LinkedIn.
